Ben is our absolute, favorite kind of client. Ben deeply cares about Elkhart and gives with his whole heart. The scale of the event he has been putting on for years is beyond impressive. When we came up with the idea of adding an app and discussed it with him; it was obvious that it would be a success. We were able to get the go ahead for a mobile app with him on a Thursday and submitted it to the app stores in less than 7 days. His attention to detail, collaborative ideation and testing lead to one of our fastest full scale deployments to date. Working with community leaders, who care, makes all the difference.

A simple idea: Put all the information a festival attendee would want, right in their pocket and make navigating the festival, and finding the acts they want to see, simple and intuitive.

The smart map: Allows an attendee to easily find stages, points of interest, bathrooms, or find local options for lunch and dinner. A guest can easily get walking directions to any location on the map.

My Schedule: A guest can optionally create an account and curate the shows they want to see, turning the event list into a day planner.

Content Management

Stay Fresh

The custom Content Management system we developed allows the app to stay up to date, this year and into the future.

Easily add, remove or change venue, artist, or event information and have the information instantly pushed to everyone with the app. No need to re-deploy or resubmit the application.

This allows anyone on the Elkhart Jazz Festival team to make event updates, change copy, modify a performance, or mark a ticketed event sold out, no programming required.
